About Green Fox Kitchen

We are Cheryl and Mike Brisson, and we love healthy eating! Cheryl handles recipe design, photography, marketing, and cooking, and Mike handles accounting, grocery, and background operations (he's also the lucky taste-tester!)

Green Fox Kitchen: Cheryl Brisson and Mike Brisson

We develop all of our vegan recipes in-house, and take ideas and inspiration from our travels to bring fresh recipes to our kitchen. Our Bombin’ Ramen was inspired in Thailand, our Roasted Sweet Potato Burger recipe started in Montreal, and our Hot Hot Cocoa has a Mexican influence.

Our plant-based meals are made from whole foods, and are packaged so you can enjoy them the second you pick them up, or the next day for lunch. We cook in small batches to maintain the quality our customers crave, and we make almost everything in-house – from pickling our jalapenos to blending our North Bay-famous dressings (GFK's Tahini Sesame has developed a cult following.)

Most mornings you can find Cheryl in the Green Fox Kitchen before 6am, enjoying a coffee with a cooking show on in the background and a batch of plant-based cookies in the oven.
